For as long as I can remember I’ve had a camera in my hand. Though, when I started I was 5 and put my little eye above the disposable camera’s my mom would get me - so naturally I have several photos of my family with their heads cut off! I quickly outgrew that. (thankfully!) I remember my grandmother’s house growing up, being plastered with photographs of all her kids and grand-kids. Every time she got a new photo, it was framed and hung on the wall - wherever it would fit. I spent high school and college taking photos from my phone with different perspectives. It wasn’t until I had my first child that I sat down to master my mothers old DSLR camera. The rest is history.

Our son was born in 2013 and 6 months later we started offering photography to the public. We get asked all the time why our name is misspelled. Our business is named after our son’s initials ‘MOE’ments Photography.
